Support Denise's Fight Against Leukemia

Hello all, many of you know me, but you might not know that I have a younger sister who lives in Oregon. Well, today I received a devastating call from my brother-in-law, Randy, that Denise was in the hospital and she has been diagnosed with leukemia. Not a call I ever wanted to get, especially about a younger sister. My sister is a mother, wife, and lovely member of society. She has always been the one to help others in need or to share fundraisers to help others. She doesn't deserve this, but I know she will beat it and get back to helping others. Her, nor her husband, would ever ask for help and that is why I must. Her husband Randy is a disabled veteran who served our country and was left with many disabilities. He will not sit around and pout though, always a smile, always a helping hand, and full of knowledge. My sister is in a hospital in Boise, Idaho because there were no beds in Oregon or Washington. She is in ICU. Randy is on his way to be with her and is staying in a hotel nearby. They figure she will be there for a month and then transfer her for treatment, hopefully here in Salt Lake City so we can see her more. I will be traveling to see her next week. I've never done a GoFundMe before, but I know this will eat their savings up very quickly and would like to help them in any way I could. Thank you all for listening. David Shuman
