Support Denise's Family to Stay in Their Home

Hello my name is Denise, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart, hoping to receive some support during one of the toughest times in my life. I’m a single mother of three boys 19,11,7, and we’ve been facing some incredibly challenging circumstances. Due to unforeseen financial struggles, I’ve fallen behind on rent, and we’re now facing facing the possibility of eviction. This is a terrifying reality for us, as we have nowhere else to go. For the past few years, I’ve been doing everything I can to make ends meet. Between juggling jobs, loss of jobs, loss of family and dealing with sickness and mental health within my family, and taking care of my children, it’s been hard to keep up. The pandemic and rising costs of living have made it even harder to stay afloat. Despite my best efforts, I’ve come to the point where I have to swallow my pride and reach out for help to stay in our home and keep my boys in a stable environment. The funds I’m asking for will go directly toward paying the overdue rent, which is $4,000 to prevent us from losing our home. Any amount, no matter how small, will help us stay in a place that we call home. We’ve always done our best to stay positive and try to get through times like these on our own and it’s been so hard. So I’m asking for help and maybe we are not alone after all and you can help get us through this difficult time. My boys deserve a safe place to grow and thrive, and I’m doing everything I can to make that happen. With your generosity, we can stay in our home and continue to build a brighter future.
