Support Denise Martin in Her Fight Against Glioblastoma

We are reaching out on behalf of our beloved Denise Martin, who has been diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. Denise underwent surgery performed by a master surgeon at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. While the surgery was a critical step, she now faces a long and courageous battle ahead. At the time of writing this, Denise is currently in rehabilitation at Sunnyview Hospital in Schenectady, NY, working hard every day to regain strength and independence.

Denise has a youthful, fun-loving spirit that is impossible to ignore. She has a rare gift for making people laugh and leaving a lasting impression on everyone she meets. She truly lights up a room—when Denise walks in, you can be sure you’ll walk away smiling simply because she was there.

Her love for family is undeniable. Anyone who knows Denise knows how fiercely proud she is of her siblings, always celebrating their strengths and accomplishments. Family means everything to her.Denise is also a woman of passion and resilience. She is meticulous about cleaning, committed to eating clean, and deeply loves dogs. Her focus on health is especially meaningful, as she is a survivor of aggressive breast cancer, which she bravely overcame 25 years ago.

Above all else, Denise leads with her heart. She is generous in the ways that matter most. Even during difficult times in her own life, she never stopped giving. She looks for reasons to make others feel special—buying pizza for a kind cashier, a gift card for a thoughtful coworker, or a small surprise just because someone made her smile. Denise never arrives empty-handed; whether it’s hot sauce, perfume, a shirt, or garlic and lemon, she always brings something with love.

Now, Denise needs that love returned. Funds raised will help support her medical care, rehabilitation, ongoing treatment, and daily expenses during this incredibly challenging time.
