For years Denise Irwin has taken care of everyone else’s kiddos with never-ending love and support and now it is time for karma to do its thing and allow US to show her the love for her baby boy Jersey. If you know Ms. Denise, you know Jersey. Jersey is the light of Denise’s life, the sweetest terrier pup, full of spunk and sass. He had previously been diagnosed with Cushing’s Disease - which recently manifested as diabetic ketosis. He spent several days in the pup hospital getting emergency care. Not a cheap endeavor but of course Ms. Denise would do anything to save her boy.

Denise eventually had to bring Jersey home early because the costs became exorbitant. She has been spending every minute when she is not at work taking care of Jersey. They are still working to stabilize the diabetic ketosis. Denise is now an expert at giving insulin shots! Just as she has always been an expert at caring for others.
