Support Denise and Ed's Flood Recovery

Dear Friends and Community,

We are reaching out on behalf of our colleague and her husband in a time of great need. Denise and Ed Figueroa’s home in Naugatuck, CT was devastated by flash flood waters during the August 18th storm. Flood waters engulfed their basement and rose a few feet into the main floor of their adorable home. Denise is a beloved member of the IT team at New Fairfield Public Schools and Ed works in the IT department of Danbury Public Schools and is a U.S. Armed Forces veteran. Denise and Ed always give to others and are the most generous souls and now is our time to give back to them!

Please consider donating (any amount helps!). Your contributions will help them replace a car, furnace, electrical breakers & plugs, water heater, washer and dryer, flooring, dehumidifier, winter gear, furniture, and clothing among other items in their home. Insurance is not helpful in a situation such as this so until government funding goes through they could really use our help now.
