Hello, my name is Jacquelin Deary, and I am reaching out for help. My cousin Demishawn is a strong woman who has recently got hit with a major health issue this year after being involved in a car wreck. She is a mother of eight and a daughter who takes care of her paralyzed mother. She recently had to have emergency surgery from a hematoma pressing against spine causing a mini stroke and severe left side weakness. She is getting ready to be transported from ICU where she is still on oxygen to in care rehabilitation for physical therapy. Before her surgery she was going to school to become a psychologist, working full time, as well as running her own crafting business. Her world had stopped due to the surgery. She cannot work, go to school, and has had to put in place someone to help take care of her mother. She is a wonderful mom, who is fully involved in every aspect of her children’s lives, like taking them to and even sometimes coaching their school and extracurricular events. She is so selfless that even while she was getting ready for surgery she wasn’t thinking of just her kids but of me. In 2021 I had brain surgery, and she thought about how I must have felt and feeling sorry for me and my experience. It’s not an easy journey especially when she takes pride of being a proud fully involved mother and just out of the blue all of that must come to a halt.

I’m asking if God places it on your hearts to lend a helping hand while her and her family go through this journey.
