Delilah is in the middle❤️

Hello, my name is Jonathan W., and my partner is Carlo W.

We’re raising funds for our French Bulldog, Delilah, who needs TPLO knee surgery on December 17, and we didn’t expect the surgery date to come so fast.

We’re proud parents of three rambunctious Frenchies who bring so much joy into our home. Seeing one of them in pain has been very hard for us.

Her Injury

Delilah tore her cruciate ligament, and TPLO surgery is the only way to help her walk normally again.

We received quotes ranging from $5,000 to $10,000, so we were preparing for a cost of around $7,000 or more.

Thankfully, a local vet was able to work with us after hearing our situation and brought the cost down to $3,000, which was a huge relief compared to the original estimates.

Our Hardship

What set us back is an ADA lawsuit filed against my small business.

The person claimed they visited my salon, even though they never received any services.

After looking deeper into the situation, I learned I’m case number 1,196, and this same woman has sued more than 2,000 businesses and continues to file new cases.

This case has left me feeling stressed and defeated.

The attorney fees, the lawsuit, the holidays, and everything happening at the same time have put us in a financial bind. It has simply been very bad timing.

We are trying to raise $3,000, which is the full amount needed for Delilah’s surgery.
