My name is Alycia and I am reaching out in support of Delilah and her family. Just over 2 weeks ago, she was born into this world with 3 abnormalities in her heart. She has been on a ventilator and has undergone her first surgery. She has 3 siblings at home and 2 loving parents who are living a nightmare, unable to work during this time and experiencing delays with FMLA.
