Update: my dad passed away 4/20 Saturday evening. We appreciate any and all donations given. It is going towards his funeral arrangements and memorial service. Thank you to everyone for the donations and prayers. Our family deeply appreciate the love during this hard time.
About a week ago, my dad was unexpectedly and suddenly diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic cancer. After receiving this news, he chose to fight and receive chemotherapy treatment but unfortunately just last night we received the heartbreaking news that he requires hospice care and is in his final days. He is visibly declining and bed bound. He does not have the strength and his cognition and communication are limited.
He is a dad to 4, a husband, a grandpa, a brother, an uncle, a friend and, although he doesn’t consider himself one, a hero. He carried an injured little girl to safety and provided first aid while he waited for the ambulance to arrive many years ago here in Morgan Hill.
Money will be used towards medical costs and funeral arrangements. Any amount is appreciated. This will provide a great relief to the financial and emotional stress.
