Support Delfino's Journey to Recovery

In January 2024, Delfino suffered an unexpected heart attack, which resulted in a stent being placed and then later discharged. Sadly, due to an undetected hole in his heart, a blood thinner medication caused a blood clot to become dislodged, resulting in a stroke in July 2024. Doctors performed an emergency craniotomy, removing half of his skull to relieve pressure on his brain. After an eight-month period, Delfino had to undergo further surgery in March 2025 to replace the missing bone, and he is now in the recovery stage. Delfino has always been a hard-working and caring man, always making sure his family and friends are well cared for. Most say the room lights up when he walks in. We are doing everything in our power to help him get back to himself. Currently, he resides at a nursing home where he needs full-time care to learn how to walk and regain strength to come back home.

After exhausting all we can over this year, his medical bills, nursing care, rehabilitation, and his livelihood just haven’t covered everything financially.
