My Dear sister in Christ and her family are in need of some Godly love and support as she undergoes medical hurdles as we speak. Please see below a brief on what’s going on….
Lasr year for 2024-2025 she had to be hospitalized for a sever headache due to her shunt going bad. Deisy was born with hydrocephalus and spinal bifida
She had to undergo 6 brain surgeries to fix that at harborview Medical Center in Seattle WA. Then in june she had to under go 2 back surgeries. Later in sept a bladder surgery and in nov she faced 2 stomach surgeries.
She thought life would get back to normal but recently on Sunday she woke up with a lump on her neck and a severe headach blurry vision throwing up and felt miserable. She was rushed back to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle WA where they confirmed she needed a 7th brain surgery due to infection. Her 2 beautiful girls are at home with her loving husband who unfortunately due to all her health issues cant work in order to be there for her and the children. Today she underwent another surgery making this number 11 and has been told she will remain in the ICU for 2 to 4 weeks to get an infection under control so they can do another surgery to put the shot back in her brain. Unfortunately, they cannot re-insert it until the infection is under control. Currently they have no snow tires on the wheelchair accessible van for her husband to be able to drive over there to see her. They are also behind two months in rent and have no income coming in to help with anything. I am putting this together in attempts to have our community help one of my dear sisters so that her husband can be there for her and her children and keep a roof over their heads and possibly get tires on the vehicle so that he can drive over there to be with her in this scary time. Update on 01.09.2026, Our sister is in a tremendous amount of pain and they are keeping her pretty medicated with some sedation. Please keep lifting her up in prayers and help anyway you can. I will be adding a picture of her cash app that will help easier to get her financial support directly to her husband so he can try to get over there. Please help if you can. She is needing him by her side. Thank you in advance.
update on 01.14.2026. Our sister underwent surgery to have her shunt placed again in her brain running into her abdomen she successfully made it through the surgery and is on her beginning stages of healing from that. Please continue to keep her in your prayers of protection, comfort and healing as this is a long road ahead. We thank you in advance for any support and love you are sending her way. Emotional and financial support will help her and her husband tremendously as they overcome these bumps in the road I am ever grateful that the Lord kept her protected through this surgery and thank you all in advance for your support.
