Most of you know me just as Dee Roa (maiden) but it’s actually Dolores Mendoza. It truly has been overwhelming with all the love and support from everyone, the phone calls, just checking on me, messages, and even just a simple comment with your condolences has really helped me get through this very difficult time. I don’t think I’ve ever tried to ask for help from anyone, but I’m just trying to raise money to get to California for my dad’s funeral within a couple weeks. My goal is $700 as gas prices have gone up, my kids and I are still trying to figure how we’re going to get to California.
