In December, Dee started losing weight unexpectedly. Then in January the doctor visits became consistent to try to find the reason. Eventually they discovered she had sepsis, and most recently, they found tumors on her liver. Dee is on the liver transplant list.

The weekly doctor visits are adding up along with the expensive medications she's on to keep her body stable until the transplant for an unknown future date.
