Support Deering Students' Lobster Adventure

Hi, I'm Katie Flavin and teaching your students Marine Ecology at Deering High School this semester. I'm very excited to bring the class out on the Lucky Catch Lobster Boat for our culminating field trip: https://www.luckycatch.com/ Students will get to experience lobstering by actually doing all the tasks of a lobsterman on the boat. We are going on the field trip on Tuesday, May 27. I personally paid for this field trip because I did not want money to be a barrier for any student to go on the trip. The cost paid for this private lobstering trip is $600 or $30 per student. If you are able and willing to pay for your student, or put money towards the cost, that would be greatly appreciated to help me pay for the trip. Absolutely no pressure - but wanted to send this out if anyone is interested helping. Thanks for sharing your amazing high school students with me!
