Support Dee-Jay's Rebuild

Mike and Jenny Jessee bought Dee-Jay's Custom Butchering and Processing in 1993. They have since been joined by their daughter, Dorinda, and her husband, Jeff. Tragically, overnight on April 25th, their entire building caught fire, leading to total destruction. No injuries were sustained, aside from those in their hearts and the hearts of everyone that has come to know this family and the passion they have for their business.
They love doing what they do. They are extremely proud of their smoked meats and bacon and have been awarded a number of Grand and Reserve Grand Champion awards by the Ohio Association of Meat Processors.
Dee-Jay's Custom Processing currently supplies meats to several award-winning restaurants in the Cleveland area, in addition to serving the locals of their hometown via their retail shop. Until they are able to rebuild and reopen, there is a loss felt throughout the service community here in Cleveland, and I can only imagine that is triple fold in their hometown of Fredericktown.
Please help support these amazing, kind people in this time of need.
