Sometimes life deals unimaginable challenges to the kindest people—and right now, one of the most generous, loving souls I know needs our help.

My dear friend Dee and her husband Pete have been battling through one of the most challenging years of their lives. In August 2024, Pete fell seriously ill and has been unable to work since. Despite their best efforts to manage, the financial strain has been overwhelming. Medical bills, daily living expenses, and the loss of income have taken a devastating toll.

Now, the hardest moment of all has arrived. Pete is in his final days, and Dee is preparing to say goodbye to the love of her life—without the resources to give him the respectful, dignified farewell he deserves.

She has no savings left and no way to cover funeral expenses. She’s exhausted, heartbroken, and trying to stay strong as she faces the unimaginable. I’m starting this fundraiser to ask for help from anyone who can spare even a little.
