Decoding Dyslexia North Carolina is a grassroots movement driven by North Carolina families, educators and professionals concerned with the limited access to educational interventions for dyslexia and other language-based learning disabilities within our public schools. We aim to raise dyslexia awareness, empower families to support their children, and inform policymakers on best practices to identify, remediate and support students with dyslexia in North Carolina public schools.
We are raising money to help with the cost associated with filing to become a nonprofit 501(c)(3).
We are an entirely volunteer based organization. Becoming a non-profit would help establish a means for us to carry on our work and mission for years to come. It will help provide a platform that will give us the means to expand our outreach work and grow in numbers.
Please help Decoding Dyslexia North Carolina continue to grow and empower parents and educators in North Carolina.
No donation is too small.
