Help Declan Attend his Prestigious STEM Program at Villanova as a Member of the National Youth Leadership Forum!
Our son Declan, an inquisitive and hardworking 8-year-old, has been accepted into an extremely exclusive & equally reputable Pathways to STEM program, hosted at Villanova University this June! After being nominated by his gym teacher, the remaining faculty collectively voted Declan to be their representative for St Thomas the Apostle at this year’s NYLF- a program designed to acknowledge maturity, leadership and ingenuity on a National level. This week-long curriculum will offer hands-on inclusion that’ll immerse him in many aspects of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematical projects under the tutelage of expert mentors in their respective fields; a rare opportunity that will undoubtedly shape his future.
Upon completion of this program, Declan will become recognized as a bonafide STEM alumni- a distinction that’ll enhance his higher education moving forward and become a highlight of eventual college applications. He will also gain access to exclusive STEM opportunities, including future programs and even the option to study abroad!
The $4,200 tuition covers all aspects of everything he needs to ensure participation. While we don’t typically ask so openly for help, this honor (although well-deserved and astoundingly humbling) is admittedly impromptu, with an expedited timetable for enrollment providing some additional pressure to raise these funds quicker than we have the necessary means to. As proud parents we will do anything possible to make this happen for him… including this communal outreach seeking the support of his family / friends / colleagues / teammates to help make this dream a reality. Any contribution, big or small, will bring our Declan closer to this life-altering experience and assure he is rightfully recognized for all the work he has put forth thus far.
If you can’t donate that’s absolutely okay (we understand times are tough for all of us) but please share- we assure you it means the world to us!
Thank you all, every single one of you, for believing in Declan’s future; we are so proud of both our sons and this opportunity has only furthered that sentiment.
Eternally grateful,
