Support Declan's Fight Against Type 1 Diabetes

Hello, my name is Nicholas Gerow and I am the father of Declan Gerow, who is currently 1 and 1/2 years old. He has had a recent diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes. We discovered this, as we had brought him to the hospital because he was not acting himself. It turns out he was experiencing Diabetic Ketoacidosis and was near going into a coma. He was rushed to the ICU at Dartmouth and he was stabilized and brought back to good health thanks to the pediatric ICU team.

We are looking to raise funds for his medical expenses (i.e. medical bills, medication, equipment). I work full time. My fiancé, Christa McDonald, the mother of Declan, stays home to take care of our two children. We, like many others, live paycheck to paycheck to support our family. With this new diagnosis, comes a lot of life changes but also financial changes. If anyone is willing to donate, Declan, Theo, Christa, and I fully appreciate anything, as it will go towards keeping our little boy happy and healthy.
