As everybody in my close circle of friends and family are already aware, my mother Debra Luna, was diagnosed with stage 4 endometrial cancer at the beginning of this year after one sudden and traumatic ER visit back in February. I'd personally like to thank the loved ones who have done what they could from everything to just including her or us in their continuous prayers, my cousins who invited my mother and I to come live with them to help me physically care for her during the worst months thus far, pitching in with transportation to all of her medical appointments, and my Grandparents who have provided what financial assistance they could in my mother's journey. Anyone who has so much as met my mother knows she has always been a hardworking, ambitious, and professional woman in her field, as well as a beloved and respected leader to everyone she has worked with in the retail business, but unfortunately the road to recovery may be much longer than she's anticipated and the main priority has now become her own health. After long and hard debate, my mother and I have decided to create a Go Fund Me on her behalf in hopes to relieve some of the financial burden and stress. Any contribution makes a difference and is deeply appreciated, even sharing this post to raise awareness in our community.
