Support Debbie's Life-Saving Journey

Hello all!

On April 22nd, my mom, Debbie Dion, had a medical emergency and had to take a Life Flight to Maine Medical Center. She wasn't breathing and upon arrival had to be intubated.

She was intubated and ventilated for 30 days. The cause? Cancer.

This is her third round with cancer. Back in 2018, she successfully fought off bladder cancer. Then in 2021, she fought off lung cancer for the first time. Now, it's 2025 and she has lung cancer again, this time in an inoperable location, dead set in her esophagus and compressing her trachea.

68 days into her medical stay, we have fought many battles together: pneumonia, radiation, chemotherapy, mucus plugs, feeding tube, and a tracheostomy. Believe it or not, she still has her same punky attitude and sense of humor that we all adore.

Our goal is to get my mom back home. Costs are adding up: caregiver costs, medical bills, and now the many, many supplies we need to have in place before she can even be considered for discharge.

Debbie is the heart of the family. She will help anyone at any time; now she desperately needs help. Please share, give, pray, whatever you can do to help me, help my mom live her best life possible. Lord knows she deserves it.
