It is with a heavy heart, that I come to ask for help from family, friends, and the community, on behalf of my grandma Debbie Derschan, and her future.

On May 15th 2025, our family received shocking news of the tragic and sudden unexpected loss of my papa, Ken Derschan.

My papa was a pillar of the community, he gave so much of his time and effort to help others whenever they needed a helping hand. He was kind, compassionate and a generous man. He loved his wife and high school sweetheart Debbie to the moon and back, as well as his children, Adam, Brian, and Leah, and his seven grandchildren.

Unfortunately, with this loss, he has left my grandma with many burdens. I am asking for help with the costs of his cremation, headstone, and to help my grandma cover the costs of trying to move on in life without her soulmate. She is fortunate that she is going to be able to relocate to South Dakota to be with her boys and her grandchildren, but that comes with many financial challenges.

Any amount, no matter how small, would mean the world to our family during this difficult time.
