Support Deb Moore's Journey to Recovery
Donation protected
On Saturday, May 17, 2025, our Executive Director, Deb Moore, landed in the hospital after noticing some loss of control of her right leg. Function of her entire right side deteriorated quickly, and doctors discovered an infection on her brain and got to treating it immediately. Deb has been hospitalized for over 2 weeks now and was recently moved to a physical rehabilitation hospital that is a part of the Providence system, where she will likely remain for some time yet, trying to regain use of her right side.
Deb has touched, helped, and cared so much for all of us over the years, and the APHA Board of Directors is inviting you to give back to the amazing woman who has given so much of her time, energy, and attention to this organization and the hunting industry as a whole. How many GoFundMe's has she sent out for injured guides and members in need over the years? It's our turn to show her how much we care and that she is supported. Her attitude and will towards a full recovery were tremendous to witness when I visited her. She is inspiring and positive as usual, and seeing support from the industry she has worked so hard for will only help her recovery.
Thank you in advance for giving to her in a time of medical emergency, and if you aren't able to give, please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. The office is on hand to answer any questions: [phone redacted].
