My name is Deaudra Snow and I have 3 beautiful children. I currently have a 3 month old beautiful daughter. I had her August 7, 2025. 2 weeks after having my daughter I was rushed to the hospital due to complications that I didn’t know I had. I was discharged from the hospital with having high blood pressure after my daughter was born. I developed Pre-Eclampsia and my blood pressure was steady rising. My legs, ankles and feet were so swollen to the point I could not walk. By the time I made it to the hospital my blood pressure had gotten so high to the point where I was minutes away from having a stroke. My BP was 217/107. I had major fluid around my heart and my lungs. They did everything they could to figure out where the fluid was coming from. At one point I told my doctor I could not breathe after having a EKG done on my heart. She sat me up and my eyes started to roll to the back of my head, I died. I died for about 5 minutes. The rapid team was called on me for life saving measures. Whatever it was they did I’m thankful for because I am alive. I was put into ICU and stayed in the hospital for 5 days. Because the hospital released me with high blood pressure after having my daughter, it could have caused me to be taken away from my children. After being discharged this time from the hospital my legs, ankles and feet were still extremely swollen. I now have to take blood pressure medicine and fluid pills just to help. I am now in stage 1 hypertension. I am not medically cleared from my doctor to work due to on-going health concerns. We are seeking a lawyer to better help us with our case for medical neglect. My fiance has to pick up all of the slack. From paying bills, providing for our children, etc. Due to me not being able to work right now has become very hard on our family financially right now. It’s the winter time and we have absolutely no heat/air in our shared car. Our car is shaking extremely bad and we are only able to drive it to certain areas at a certain speed. This is our only transportation. We have a 15 yr old son, 7 yr old daughter and a 3 month old daughter. It has become extremely hard for us to provide the necessary needs for our family. With the holidays coming up we can not afford not to have reliable transportation and the means to provide for our children. I am asking for anyone who can to please donate to help our family out financially to be able to pay rent for 3 months, help get our car fixed, provide the necessary things our children need and to be able to pay for consultation for legal services.
