We’re reaching out to ask for your prayers, support, and kindness for a beloved husband, father, and friend — Dearl, who is currently facing the fight of his life. After bravely overcoming colorectal cancer once, Dearl is now battling it for a second time — and this time, it has spread to his lungs.

This devastating diagnosis has turned life upside down for Dearl, his loving wife Julie, and their beautiful 5-year-old daughter Abigail, who is truly the light of their lives. Their family is incredibly close — grounded in faith, love, and deep devotion to one another — and they’re doing everything they can to stay strong and stay together during this unimaginable time.

The road ahead is filled with uncertainty, hospital visits, treatments, and long days — all while trying to maintain a sense of normalcy for little Abigail. On top of the emotional toll, the financial burden is overwhelming. They’re already facing significant medical bills, and the costs for upcoming treatments, scans, travel, and everyday living expenses continue to grow.
