Update:

The plan was to have our little dino growing until 34 weeks but he had other plans! On Sunday August 10th, little one decided to come into the world via a C section at 30 weeks!!! He is in Nicu still at Winnie Palmer so being taken care of very well, he is getting stronger and stronger every day! His name is Kaelan!

Deanna had a few more days in the hospital to recover from the C section and is now finally home recovering! Taking it day by day.

Deanna and Rodney Lofton and their growing family recently received some unexpected news — at just under 29 weeks pregnant, Deanna experienced some complications. She is now hospitalized and will remain there under close medical supervision until at least 34 weeks, when doctors feel it will be safer for her baby boy to make his arrival.

While this wasn’t the plan, Deanna and baby are stable and in the best possible place for care. However, this sudden change has come with an emotional and financial toll. And all of this on top of losing the twin baby boy earlier in the pregnancy.

Deanna had planned to continue working for a while longer, but due to her condition, she’s now on full hospital bed rest — and the family is relying solely on her husband Rodney’s income to get through this difficult time. The cost of an extended hospital stay, combined with everyday living expenses, baby preparations, has created a significant financial strain.
