Support Deana’s Recovery and Family
Donation protected
Deana Wallace is known for her loving personality and her dedication to helping others. As a hardworking single mother to a nine-year-old son, she also supports a disabled friend and a service dog. Deana has always juggled multiple jobs—working as a tax consultant, house cleaner, bus monitor, and DJ at night—to provide for her family and those who depend on her.
On December 20, Deana suffered a devastating accident when she fell off a stage and tore seven out of eight ligaments in her knees. Despite her severe injuries, she continued working for five months until she was finally able to have surgery. Unfortunately, because she has only been at her job for 11 months, she does not qualify for long or short-term disability. Now, with no income coming in, Deana is struggling to cover basic needs like rent, utilities, and everyday necessities while she recovers.
Deana has always been the first to lend a hand to others, and now she needs support from her community. Any help will go directly toward keeping her family safe and stable during this difficult time, allowing her to focus on healing and getting back on her feet.
