Hello, my name is Deana. I was recently diagnosed with two types of breast cancer: focal invasive carcinoma alongside ductal carcinoma in situ. The news has been overwhelming, and while I am doing everything I can to fight, the road ahead is long and filled with challenges.

My doctors are three hours away, and the constant travel, tests, and treatments have made it impossible for me to work right now. While I’ve managed to cover some bills, I’ve fallen behind on essentials like my car insurance and internet. Things I need to stay connected to my doctors, keep up with appointments, and get to treatment safely.

I’ve always been uncomfortable asking for help, but my family has encouraged me to reach out because I can’t do this alone.
