My name is Meg Collier and I'm raising funds for Dayna Lynn Nuckolls' Survival Sabbatical Fund. I've known Dayna and worked with her over the last two years benefiting greatly from her work as a coach and creator of the Divination for Liberation System. I've been witness to Dayna rising through every challenge the world has presented her, in both her personal life and her business pursuits.

Now It's time for us to rise to the occasion to support our friend, teacher, and mentor.

This Survival Sabbatical fund is designed to support Dayna in taking time to heal and also invest time in her family. To best describe Dayna's call for support, I'm sharing her words below:

"The past few months have been some of the most difficult in my life. I moved into a new place which is lovely, but was almost immediately threatened with an illegal eviction. When that was rescinded, I was told that the house would be put on the market for sale and my lease would from then forward be month to month. That process is currently underway.

Today, 8/4/2026, I have been told by the landlord that she will proceed with illegal eviction procedures. Therefore, I am making the decision to move my Son and I out of this hostile environment by the end of August.

This will mean we must move to Chicago where my family is residing.

Going back to Chicago is painful and complicated and as many of you already know, my mother is in the last stages of Lewy body dementia. There's a lot of other things going on, some of which I won't share for the sake of privacy.

I do need to share this.

At some point in 2023/24 I could no longer afford to pay the accountant who handled all of my business taxes and bookkeeping. I decided that when the business's financial situation improved I'd be able to pay an accountant to get all of my accounts and taxes back in good standing. That financial situation improvement never happened. I was able to keep everything else in the business running until eventually I couldn't even afford to keep the accounting software.

Monday, as I was about to move money around from my business to personal accounts in order to buy groceries, I opened my banking app to find that my business checking and savings accounts were overdrawn by about $6,000. The state of Louisiana placed a lien and bank levy on those accounts for unpaid sales taxes from 2024 and 2025. I knew those taxes were unpaid for the aforementioned reasons."

Needless to say, with the resources being so tight and losing this amount of money without notification has set Dayna and her son into a financially precarious place. In addition to this Dayna is self-employed and manages a chronic health condition, making a stressful time like this even worse for her overall wellbeing.

This is why we are working to raise a 3-month Sabbatical fund for Dayna.

The money raised in this fundraiser will

-Cover house and home expenses for 3 months

-Help recover the losses from the Tax Lien

-Medical supplies an supplements for chronic condition support

-New computer for Dayna's son to continue his unschooling program at home.
