Support Dawson and His Family During Recovery
On Saturday, September 4th, our little adventurous 5 year old Dawson was kicked in the head by a horse. He was flown via Stars Air Ambulance to the Stollery Children’s Hospital in Edmonton, where emergency surgery was done for a skull fracture.
Dawson has been so extremely strong through all of this and has surprised his doctors, nurses and family with his strength. However, he is not in the clear and has a long way to go. At this point there is no timeline for his recovery. He is in critical but stable condition on life support.
Dawson’s parents, Jerrad and Jannice, own a small business that is their sole income to the family. With the many trips to the Stollery Children’s Hospital happening already and continuing through out Dawson’s recovery and rehab, the ability to work will be extremely limited. We are hoping to be able to alleviate any financial stress.
Dawson and his brother Memphis are my nephews. On behalf of all of our family, thank you so much for your support and prayers.
