Our beloved friend, auntie, sister, daughter, momma, colleague Dawn Karolides was diagnosed in February with papillary renal cell carcinoma. She is meeting with Drs to get answers and next steps and will be sharing updates on the CaringBridge page. What we do know is that the mass is so large that the treatment will be to remove her right kidney.

Dawn has taken a leave from work to prepare for the surgery. We’ve set up this fund to help raise money to offset medical expenses and lost income, and to help take some small burden off Dawn and Jonathan.

Dawn has the biggest heart and is always jumping in to support others. We will surround her with light and love and ask for your prayers and well wishes. Please consider donating during this difficult time.
