Hi, my name is Tanya and I am hoping to help my coworker and friend, Dawn. Dawn and I have worked together for 3 years at the same salon in Leduc.

Dawn has recently been diagnosed with cancer and will be stepping away from work for several weeks as she undergoes surgery followed by radiation treatments. Her livelihood depends on being behind the chair so this time away means a significant loss of income- on top of the physical and emotional toll she is already carrying.

If you know Dawn, you know she is not someone who would ever ask for help. She is the one who shows up for others- always offering support, encouragement and kindness without hesitation.

This is our chance to show up for her.
