Support the Family of Dawn Lazzaro
It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Dawn Lazzaro, 58, of Cheektowaga, who entered into rest on November 18, 2025. Dawn was a devoted wife to the late Anthony T. Lazzaro, Jr., a beloved mother to Lauren Lazzaro and Skyler Jones (Richard Viggato), and a cherished grandmother to Gabriel, Hunter, Christian, and Ghianna.
She was the loving daughter of the late Stanley and Grace (Intorcia) Aponick, and a dear sister to Melanie Sinnett (Joseph Meyers), Salese (David) Novak, Joseph (Jennifer) Mills, and Dwayne Sinnett. She is also reunited in peace with five brothers and sisters who predeceased her. Dawn leaves behind many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends who loved her deeply.
Dawn touched every life she encountered with kindness, strength, humor, and unwavering love for her family. Her passing has left a tremendous void, and her family is now faced with unexpected expenses related to her funeral and final arrangements.
We are asking for support during this heartbreaking time. Any donation—big or small—will help relieve the financial burden on her children as they navigate this loss and honor Dawn’s memory the way she deserves.
Visitation for Dawn will be held at:
Lombardo Funeral Home – Snyder Chapel
4614 Main St. (near Harlem Rd.)
Tuesday, November 25 • 4–7 PM
A prayer service will follow at 7 PM.
If you are unable to donate, sharing this page or keeping the family in your prayers is deeply appreciated.
Thank you for your compassion, generosity, and support during this difficult time.
With love and gratitude,
Dawn’s Family
With less than a week left until my mother’s funeral, my family and I are humbly asking for help to give her the proper send-off she truly deserves.
My mom, Dawn Lazzaro, was an incredible woman whose love stretched far and wide. She was a loving sister to 12, a beloved wife, a devoted mother, an amazing grandmother of four, the favorite aunt and great-aunt to dozens of nieces and nephews, and the truest best friend to so many. She touched every life around her with the biggest smile, kindness, strength, and a heart that never stopped giving.
As we prepare to lay her to rest, it is just my 20-year-old sister and I trying to cover all the funeral expenses. I am a mother of four, and I haven’t been able to work while handling arrangements—I won’t have income coming in again until December 1st. We are currently only $950 short of our total goal, thanks to the incredible generosity of those who have helped both on and off GoFundMe.
We are so close, and any amount truly helps. Even sharing this GoFundMe means more than you know.
If you’d like to donate in another way, I can also accept contributions through:
Cash App: $luhrhen
Venmo: LaurenLazzaro
PayPal: @Bzink237
Or in cash at the funeral
Please, if you’re able—even a single dollar makes a difference. We just want to honor my mother the way she deserved, with dignity, love, and peace.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for reading, sharing, donating, and supporting us during this heartbreaking time. My sister and I have been in tears with everyone’s generosity. My Mother was our rock and we are so lost without her.
