Our friend and former colleague, David Outly, needs our help right now.

David came to Dallas to care for his mom, Peggy, after she suffered a serious fall. He helped her transition into assisted living and began the difficult process of moving out of her apartment and packing up it's belongings as well as keeping her dogs safe and with family—putting family first, as he always does. On his way back home, tragedy struck: David suffered a stroke at the airport.

He is currently stuck in Pittsburgh and trying to get to home to New York to rehabilitate. The medical expenses, unexpected travel costs, and loss of steady income have created a heavy financial burden at an already overwhelming time.

To any of his local friends and family, any leads on reasonable local apartments in Washingtonville, NY would be helpful, as he is no longer able to drive due to his medial situation . Hopefully that will change with some rehab.

In the meantime, any donation—large or small—will help cover medical care, living expenses, and the costs of getting him safely reunited with his girls.
