David has requested from the Minneapolis Parks both a memorial bench and a memorial tree. The bench would be located between Lake Harriet and Minnehaha Creek, and the tree would be located within Beard's Plaisance Park near Lake Harriet. Both locations are relaxing areas and great places to enjoy the outdoors. He is hoping to offset some of the initial costs with a GoFundMe campaign.
