Family and friends, thank you for always being so supportive of us!

As you know, David needs a liver transplant. Up until this point in our journey, the last year he has been able to work full-time; that is not the case now. He has been in the hospital 16 days of the last month or so, and at this point, we do not have a date for release. We are currently in the surgical liver ICU at Methodist in Houston awaiting a liver evaluation after they can get prior authorization from our insurance. This hospital is 3.5 hours from our house.

Thankfully, I am still able to work full-time. I work in the office some days, and some days I’m able to work from my computer at the hospital. We have had so many sweet and loving people send us DoorDash and Venmo, and it’s all such a blessing. We love our tribe so much.

David is committed to continue to fight for his life, and we are beyond thankful he is still here with us. This money will help me to pay some of our bills that my income just doesn’t cover, including growing hospital bills.
