My name is Anna, and with a heavy heart, I’m reaching out to ask for help for David — the son of my best friend.

David is a bright, kind-hearted 15-year-old boy, full of life, joy and energy, who has loved playing soccer since he was little.

Sadly, his life changed in an instant. During one of his training sessions, David suffered what seemed like a minor injury — an X-ray revealed a fractured rib.

At first, no one suspected anything serious. But as the weeks went by, the pain didn’t go away.

In fact, it got worse, and new symptoms began to appear. Further medical examination revealed something far more alarming.

Doctors discovered a tumor on David’s ribs, which grew to the size of an orange within just a few weeks. A series of additional tests and examinations was immediately started.

The diagnosis was devastating: Ewing Sarcoma- a rare and aggressive bone cancer.

David’s world, and that of his family, was turned upside down.

He had to begin treatment immediately.

Due to the intensity of the therapy, David had to give up school, his daily training, and all the things he once loved, to begin the fight for his life. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy and has already had surgery to remove the tumor. But he still faces many more months of treatment — including additional rounds of chemo and radiation therapy.

This illness has brought the family not only unimaginable emotional strain, but also financial burden. That’s why I’m asking for your help. Every act of kindness counts. Even the smallest donation can help ease the weight of this difficult journey.

David to bystry, serdeczny 15-letni chłopiec, który od najmłodszych lat kochał grać w piłkę nożną. Niestety, jego życie zmieniło się w jednej chwili. Podczas jednego z treningów doznał pozornie niegroźnej kontuzji -początkowe prześwietlenie wykazało jedynie złamane żebro. W tamtym momencie nikt nie przypuszczał, że to coś poważniejszego. Jednak z upływem tygodni ból nie ustępował. Wręcz przeciwnie- nasilał się i zaczęły pojawiać się nowe, niepokojące objawy. Lekarze wykryli dużego guza na żebrach, który w przeciągu paru tygodni urósł do rozmiarów pomarańczy. Natychmiast rozpoczęto serię kolejnych badań i testów. Diagnoza była druzgocąca: Mięsak Ewinga — rzadki i agresywny nowotwór kości. Świat Davida i jego rodziny legł w gruzach.

Z powodu intensywnego leczenia David musiał z dnia na dzień zrezygnować ze szkoły, treningów i codziennych radości, aby rozpocząć walkę o życie. Przeszedł już trudną chemioterapię i operację usunięcia guza, ale przed nim wciąż długie miesiące leczenia- kolejne cykle chemii i radioterapia.

Choroba przyniosła rodzinie nie tylko ogromne cierpienie i strach, ale także obciążenie finansowe. Dlatego z całego serca proszę Was o wsparcie. Każdy gest dobroci ma znaczenie. Nawet najmniejsza wpłata może przynieść ulgę i wesprzeć w tej trudnej walce.
