Hello, my name is David Wilder. I have Cerebral Ataxia, a neurological disease that is a movement disorder that occurs when the cerebellum, the part of the brain that coordinates voluntary movements, is damaged. I watched my mom deteriorate right in front of my eyes, and she passed in December of '99. When she sat down, she couldn’t get back up, meaning when she started using a wheelchair to still be mobile, she couldn’t return to some sort of independence. My oldest brother spent 18 years in the federal penitentiary, and he was finally released in June of 2023. The government sent him back to Iowa where he initially caught his case. I tried to get him transferred to where I was located at that time, and I spoke to his parole officer about getting him transferred to where I was, but the parole officer was stalling. Sadly, my oldest brother committed suicide and passed on in January of 2024. My oldest sister is now living in a nursing home because she can’t walk anymore. But I’m still functioning a little better. I can’t walk anymore on my own, but I use a rollator walker to stay mobile.
The reason I'm starting this GoFundMe is because I’ve found out that stem cell therapy can help slow down the progression of the ataxia, and I can live longer! Nothing in life can fix any disease, but it can help with the progression and slow it down. This is what I’ll have to do to survive and function longer: a two-day treatment!
Day #1
• Intravenous: 60 million stem cells + 2 cc exosomes + Myers cocktail
• Intranasal: 1 cc WJ + 1 cc exosomes
Day #2
• Intravenous: 60 million stem cells + 2 cc exosome. Total: $10,000
So please help me function and live longer!
