My daddy, David Spencer, is the most generous and hardest working man that I know. Many of you know firsthand that he would give the shirt off of his own back to help another in need. Recently, life has sent him several setbacks, and he and my mom could use some help. Earlier this summer, Daddy lost his job and is currently searching for a new one. Then on July 31st, Daddy lost consciousness and was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Tests revealed tears in both carotid arteries, along with a partial blockage and minor stroke. The doctors think that this may have resulted from the radiation that he received years ago for cancer. Daddy is now doing great and healing well, but the looming cost of medical care without insurance is a stress that he and Mom do not need. To make matters worse, if Daddy was to be offered one of the jobs he has applied for, he will likely have to turn it down due to his recent medical limitations.

Any help that you could provide to my parents would be a true blessing. Money, groceries, or even a meal would be a huge help.
