My name is Amber and I am making this GoFundMe for my uncle David and our family to help with preparation and funeral expenses.

Earlier this week, my uncle David had a massive stroke that caused 50% damage to his brain and sadly he has not recovered. Today he remains in the ICU at Spohn Shoreline Hospital. Unfortunately, this morning we were informed that he does not have much more time to live, so we are gathering to say our goodbyes.

Uncle David is that uncle who every niece and every nephew is his favorite and always said he loved us all no matter what the situation was. If you thought you were just gonna walk in and out of a store with him, you better think twice because he knew everyone, and if he didn’t know them, he always managed to strike up a conversation with someone. Uncle David is an all-around caring and loving person who didn’t change for anyone or anything, and he has left so many people with so many memories.
