Hello everyone, our Dad, David Kenley, was diagnosed with Stage IV Colorectal Cancer on June 2nd, and has since undergone a major abdominal surgery to place an ileostomy, as well as multiple other surgical procedures, and has had to stay in a hospital for a total of 13 days. My brother Easton and I are working away from home this summer and have struggled to find opportunities to show love and support, so we created this GoFundMe in hopes of spreading the word and ushering in the support we have been unable to provide in these days of hardship. The money in this fund will go toward living expenses and medical bills while our dad is undergoing surgeries and chemotherapy to fight this cancer. We are expecting “Mr. Kenley” might be unable to make it back to the classroom to teach regularly at Maumelle Charter Middle School this fall, so anything helps.
