For anyone who knows David Enright, one thing is clear: Dave is always the first person to step up when someone needs help.
As an Army veteran, David has spent his life serving others. In the Pacific Northwest rugby community, he is known not only for his love of the game but also for his generosity, kindness, and willingness to lend a hand whenever it's needed. Whether supporting teammates, mentoring players, volunteering his time, or helping friends through difficult times, Dave has always put others before himself.
Today, Dave and his family are facing one of the toughest battles of their lives. David has been diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer and is undergoing treatment while fighting with the same courage and determination that have defined his life.
Unfortunately, the financial burden that comes with cancer treatment continues to grow. Medical expenses, travel costs, lost income, and everyday household bills are mounting, creating additional stress for Dave and his family during an already challenging time.
Now it's our turn to support someone who has supported so many of us.
We are asking friends, family, fellow veterans, rugby teammates, members of the PNW rugby community, and anyone whose life has been touched by Dave's kindness to consider making a donation. No contribution is too small, and every dollar will help ease the financial pressure on the Enright family so they can focus on what matters most: David's treatment, recovery, and time together.
If you're unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser with your network. Your support, encouragement, and prayers mean more than words can express.
Let's come together for Dave the same way he has always shown up for others.
Thank you for your generosity and support.
