Support David C. Well's Memorial and Fire Dept.

My name is Victoria Bramer, along with my sister Deanna Webb we are starting this fundraiser for our father David C. Well.

David passed away on July 31st, 2025 in his home in Savoy, IL. David was an amazing father, grandfather, son, brother, firefighter, "Chief", and friend. David was a member of the Savoy Fire Department from 1983 to 2015, retiring from his position as Assistant Fire Chief. He was best known for his knowledge and leadership in extrication training. He touched the lives of many firefighters, friends, and family. He will be deeply missed.

We are raising money to help cover the cost of his cremation and memorial services. This is $4,000 of our goal. We would like to raise an additional $4,000 to be donated to the Savoy Fire Department, with the request it be dedicated to vehicle extrication training in his honor. Any funds raised beyond $8,000 will be included in our donation to the department. If you prefer checks, they can be made out to “Victoria Bramer” and deposited at Busey Bank.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 17th at 3:00pm and Memorial Service at 4:00pm at Morgan Memorial Home in Savoy, IL.
