On Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, David Bailey was in a devastating car accident. He was airlifted to a hospital out of state, where he remains in the ICU with extensive injuries — including a broken neck, a compound fracture in one leg, fractured ankles and heels, brain bleeding, and several other serious injuries.

David faces a long road ahead filled with surgeries, intensive recovery, and rehabilitation. As he begins this difficult journey, the last thing he and his wife, Lavonne, should have to worry about is the financial burden.

For the foreseeable future, they will be relying on a single income while still managing everyday expenses like:

-Utilities & insurance

-Hotel stays and travel costs to be near the hospital

-Recovery supplies and medical equipment for when David is eventually able to return home

-And, of course, mounting medical bills

David and Lavonne are the kind of people who would give you the shirt off their backs without a second thought. They’ve always shown up for others — now it’s our turn to show up for them.
