**Help David and Rebecca Cross Beat Cancer**

For 19 years, Rebecca and David Cross have been an integral part of our community in Los Barriles. Their kindness, generosity, and dedication have made a significant impact on our lives. Now, it's our turn to come together to support them during a critical time.

David recently began experiencing severe mouth pain, which led to a biopsy that revealed an aggressive form of Oral Cavity Cancer, Stage 4. Time is of the essence! We need funding immediately so we can help pay for medical and living expenses.

The tumor has grown significantly in just a few weeks. To combat this cancer, David requires daily radiation therapy (5 days a week) and bi-weekly 4-hour chemotherapy sessions at Hospital de Oncología in La Paz. The survival rate is high but the treatment is excruciating. He will have painful sores in his mouth, will be unable to swallow or taste, and, lose 5-10 percent of his body weight.

To ensure David receives the best possible care, we need to raise funds to cover his living and medical expenses. While insurance covers Chemo and Radiation, many expenses remain uncovered, placing a significant financial burden on the family. Doctors have informed them that David will be unable to drive. The plan is to rent a place in La Paz near the Cancer Hospital.
