On Thursday evening, 2/20/25, David and Marge experienced a house fire. They were able to escape, with some injury, but overall safe. Unfortunately, they were unable to save their pets and the house burned to the ground. Their cars were parked in the garage and next to the garage, so not only did they loose all of their belongings, but also their vehicles.

They are a sweet couple that has a long road ahead of them. Originally when asked, they refused for me to setup any sort of a collection for them, but after some discussion with family, they have agreed that a helping hand could relieve a little of the burden as they navigate with their insurance and help to cover immediate needs (phone, clothes, food, medical needs and eventually a vehicle).

Thank you for helping them see they have an entire community here to support them and love them through this tragedy.
