Hey everyone, I’m Ashley Hayes-McGee, sister of David Aaron. After a long battle with depression, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts, my brother has decided to get the help necessary to save his life. David is a Marine Veteran and has struggled with his mental health since being honorably discharged. David is well known in the Augusta scene and typically has his camera in hand. He’s an incredibly talented photographer and has a tremendous love for people that is showcased through his work. His beloved companion, Charlie, is in need of vet care that may continue during David’s time away. I want my brother to be able to have his healthcare needs covered without the concern of having a home when he returns. His only focus should be on getting well. He shows up for everyone when there is a need, so please rally around to help lift his head above water.
