Hello,

We are raising funds for David and Cindy Kaminski. Dave and Cindy were on their way home from helping with Lincoln Berean's youth camp in Detroit Lakes, MN. They stopped in Sioux City to get a bite to eat on their way home. They enjoyed a good meal with friends and were talking when Dave suddenly fell out of his chair and hit the floor while having a heart attack. Fortunately God provided immediate care from friends and medics, and Dave is now recovering in the hospital in Sioux City, IA. He is scheduled for open heart surgery on June 13th and will have another 10 days in recovery before they can complete their journey back to Hickman, NE where they reside. Their travel, food, hotel, and medical bills are rapidly increasing as they are away from home and David is in the Intensive Care Unit. Dave spent most of his working life as an Occupational Therapist at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Lincoln, NE helping others recover and even in retirement he still volunteers at Madonna several times per month.
