My name is Kerri and as some of you know my grandpa Dave has been battling cancer for a while now. We recently found out that his cancer has spread and he has decided not to move forward with a different treatment as they are new and will just prolong his life and he would need to be in the hospital for them. He is now in hospice care at home and is going to live out the rest of his days on earth the best he can with the support of his family and friends.

My grandpa is a veteran (Marine Core) and enjoys spending time with his family and friends especially his kids and grandkids. He enjoys his AA meetings and has been helping support his fellow recovering alcoholics for years. He has helped his family and many others with advice, humor, places to stay, etc throughout the years whether good times or bad.

My grandpa would like to be cremated with his family having some of his ashes. We would like to have a celebration of life when that time comes with his family, friends and anyone who would like to attend. Any left over donations will go towards veterans and AA meeting.
