My name is Dave Wales. I recently had a stroke, and it has been hard for me and my family to raise money to fix the house and pay bills.

My grandchildren and my daughter live there, and I am the legal guardian of one of them. It has been hard for my family because I am usually the one who works to keep the house running, but now I have to relearn how to walk and talk.

My PG&E bill is $800

My water bill is $400

My rent is $2,600 because I am late.
